It was extremely close to Syracuse University, which we were there to visit.

This hotel is very nice, and is very close to Syracuse University, which we were there to visit. The staff was helpful and professional.

Thermostat was broken.

After an uncomfortable 90 degree night the management upgraded our room and gave a complementary breakfast and overnight parking.

The Sheraton was up to its usual standards. The location was very convenient to the university, which we were visiting. It's also very close to restaurants and shops. It was safe and clean, I'd stay there again!

Staff was friendly and professional, particularly front desk and waitress at breakfast. The rooms were tasteful, clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location, adjacent to Syracuse campus and campus restaurants and shops while 5-10 minute drive to downtown. The restaurant service and food were very good for breakfast. Rooms were tasteful, clean and comfortable. Lobby was open and inviting. Parking was convenient both to the lobby and for ease in coming and going and the rate reasonable.
