Sheraton Tucson Hotel And Suites

Rooms were clean, good bed and pillows. Towels were better quality.

I thought this hotel was great. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillows, great business center, and multiple premium channels for TV. The front desk staff is the friendliest I've ever seen. Free parking.

I go to Tucson once or twice a month and look forward to staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and the public areas are fantastic. See you next month!

Nice location, friendly staff. Should be rated as a 2 1/2 star, not 3 1/2. Outside of the pool and lobby areas was very dirty.

I was giving room, my wife I and were resting we had only been in the room for 1 hour when my door opens, the gentleman told me he was issued this room he said he was sorry and left. I went to the front desk to tell then what happens I was up-set I asked for an up grade room and the lady was very rude and told me it was not there fault and I can not have an up grade unless I paid 15 dollars more so I was mad and walked away. read more

would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the experience was good. Not a 3 star hotel. We had to enter from the rear of the hotel. As you entered through a metal gate, it reminded me of a factory entrance. Not very appealing. The ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor. On several occasions the elevator did not operate, which meant we had to walk the stairs.
