Very appealing to the senses, flowers, fountains.
It's in the heart of the city but I didn't feel the city distractions. It's close to shopping and restaurants and has lovely views.

The service was great, the location was awesome (walking distance to wonderful shopping and restaurants), great gym, and the view was incredible.
Due to the entire outside wall being glass, there is a lot of noise at night that comes through. Take earplugs if you're light sleeper.
All in all, a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful, the beds comfortable, all the comforts you could ask for. Sitting on the balcony 15 floors up and with the entire outside wall being glass, the views were awesome - drawback being noisy at night.

When we arrived we did not like the city view and asked to transfer. Excellent service provided.
Pool, whirlpool, sauna etc. located too far from room. Sky walk to a different building.
The Sheraton was excellent with the exception of the location of the pool etc.

Good location, accessible to restaurants/shopping, clean, comfortable and good service.
Ate in the nice dining room in the North tower - very poor quality food. The service was good, but the food was way below expectations.

Accommodations and not relegated to 2nd class citizen like other hotels have in the past.
It is 7 miles from airport and no hotel courtesy shuttle service cab about $26 to $30 each way or $14 per person on airport bus and you don't mind waiting. Hotel restaurant is pricey and not a bargain but many other restaurants within easy walking distance. Rooms are nicely appointed with a great view at 20 floors or higher. Good bang for the buck!

Location was a little away from the center of town.
