Rooms were nice.
Not a convenient location if you don't have a car.

Overall very nice. I was very disappointed at the lack of assistance I received trying to use services like the shuttle.

The staff knew me by name from the first day I was there. That put me at ease and made me feel so welcome.
I had a meal at the hotel restaurant the first night I stayed there that was terrible. I spoke to the operations mgr. about it.

Beautiful decor, wonderful staff, very clean and nice. All my needs were met.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and was relatively quiet.
Bad location, mediocre restaurant and bar, and the internet policy was not good.

It's a decent hotel, but had some smells here and there and you often shared the freight elevator with the staff. Internet policy was not great for the price and the free internet in the lobby didn't always work well. The bar and restaurant was a real bore.

From the greeting to departure, a first-rate operation!

Rooms are all you would want. Upper two floors offer extra amenities. Working space is excellent. The Priceline Name-Your-Own-Price was a record discount from the very high rack-rate! Spectacular deal!

Very, very close to I-95.

This is the nicest hotel in a not so nice area. Seemed safe and relatively clean. That says a lot. Every chain hotel in a three mile area. The rest are worse!!

This hotel was in a quiet location and the staff was very friendly. I had zero issues with service and/or expectations.

Easy location, great staff, nice room.
Awful first room, terrible internet, useless shuttle service.

Not bad option if you are in this area for business. Not really a good choice for access to DC. Shuttle theoretically available, but mostly booked and not really available at business start and end hours. Some rooms in renovation really not up to decent quality. Even got smoking room in a non-smoking hotel? Make sure you request a better room when you get there.
