The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and professional.
No free wireless.

The hotel was very clean and elegant. Restaurant and room service food was wonderful. The best attribute to the hotel was its staff. Reception lady was great, waitress was friendly and prompt, and room service man was friendly as well. A very good experience!

Waterfall and glass elevator in hotel center.
Had first and last names mixed up. Bad check-in.

Very nice hotel. Central waterfall and glass elevators were impressive. Bath drain being slow was the only thing wrong with the room, everything else was perfect.

I was provided early check in and late check out which accommodated my schedule.
For a 3 1/2 star hotel it didn't have a hot tub. I was very disappointed about this fact. The indoor pool was extremely cold and not heated.

Excellent facility, helpful staff. We attended a wedding reception at the Sheraton. It was very convenient to stay at the same place the reception was held.
