Location was nice.
The hotel was old, a bit dirty, and overpriced.

Not what I expected for a 2.5 star hotel, especially given the other 2.5 star hotel options available in the area.

The room was spacious and the furnishings beautiful.
Hall lighting was sub-standard, room smelled, business center was poor.

The room was beautiful, location stunning, but common areas need updating, business center was LESS than desirable, breakfast (food and service)was big miss first morning but pleasant second morning. Room smelled and freezer only chilled the 2 items placed there. Hot tub was out of order for entire stay. The pool was open 24/7 Big plus for me.

The room itself was pretty clean and somewhat comfortable (in spite of the bad smell).
The common facilities of the hotel were dirty, dingy, poorly lit and smelled funny. The breakfast was pretty bad.

This is not the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, but it is close. The hallways were so poorly lit that it makes you nervous, and you wonder what they are trying to hide. The whole hotel has a musty "old" smell, which they sometimes try to cover up with nasty air freshener. The free breakfast is hot-dish, but was one of the worst I have ever had. I don't know if you could order something fresh off of the menu, but I doubt I would ever trust that restaurant to serve me anything fresh anyway. I travel on average about once a month, and this hotel was among the worst, especially for what it is rated. read more

The rooms were newly decorated. The decor was modern and tasteful.
The hallways were very dark. The ice machines were broken on two floors.

I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends. Overall my experience was very nice and comfortable. I will definitely visit again.

Excellent location with a nice walkway to the falls/waterway and beautiful view of the temple.
Inadequate staff at front desk. Took 20 minutes to get checked in.

The room was big and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Lots of counter space around the sink. They did not provide any little bottle of shampoo in the bath which was unexpected for this star rating. A/C worked well and the room was clean. The free breakfast at the restaurant was good with all you can eat hot food (eggs, fried potatoes, biscuit and gravy, sausage) and fresh fruit but the bananas were aged beyond my liking. There are some nice conference rooms here for business meetings. read more
