It was located close to the fair grounds and easy on the wallet.
The garbage was not taken out through out the day.
Staff was friendly. Great location, room was perfect with the kitchenette and two beds. Worked really well for us.

good location, good gym, decent breakfast and rooms
small TV for room size, wierd lighting
This was a convenient location for the work my husband and I. Great, easy access to everything downtown. First room was a bit ratty-couch was worn with foam sticking out. Easily moved to another that was fine across the hall. Was not aware and surprised to find the room is a suite, with fridge, bar sink and microwave. Staff was a bit clueless about area events and attractions (unable to recommend good restaurant or identify the area of "downtown", did not know about huge art fair and renaissance fair, which was posted on hotel front door)and did not have local map. Luckily the computer in the hotel lobby was available and I found and printed a map. At the priceline price this place was a great deal, at full price, not so much read more

The friendly staff.
Heater cover was broken and kept falling off and couch had rips in it.
I have always liked the Shilo Inn in Salem but this trip was different in that the couch had rips in each arm exposing the foam and the heater gage cover was broken and kept falling off the wall. The staff was overall very friendly and I learned something new. I was informed that I could not go down to the continental breakfast with bare feet because it was against regulations yet when I went down in shoes I witnessed several people heading through the same area on their way to the pool who were not wearing shoes. it is impossible to get to the pool from the elevator without walking through the breakfast area. read more

Large room.
Bathroom small for large room.
Quiet for being right near the freeway. Great staff and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
Continental breakfast a little sparse. Parking confusing.
I would recommend this motel for the business traveler. It met my basic expectations for location, rating, and facilities. The staff made it better than it's rating.

The hotel felt welcoming from the moment we entered the lobby.
We were beyond pleased with this hotel.

Some very helpful staff.
One lady working front desk seemed stressed, grumpy. Open bar of soap in shower, & small milk carton in fridge.
Pretty good, couple things, such as open soap in shower & milk container in fridge showed some lack of attention to detail. Also, didn’t have any extra toothbrushes in lobby. Computer in lobby nice, printer would have been good to have. Out of OJ at breakfast a disappointment. Stayed there a couple years ago and had no problems.
