Staff.
Smelt like smoke and old wet musty smell.
Spa didn't work , room smelt old smoky and musty. Needed painting and new furnishing and up dated bath room. This hotel is bad even the construction workers staying there were complaining about the odor. I would never recommend this hotel.

Location was good.
The free full breakfast was a joke.
If you get this hotel for a 2 star price and you are traveling alone. It might be worth it.

The location was convenient.
There was no hot water and the construction noise was bad. Breakfast needs improvement.
We were very pleased with the hotel location and amenities initially. It seemed to be a good bargain and had everything we needed. However, there was no hot water to shower at night or in the morning. My shower was ice cold. Although not under their control there was construction all night on the overpass next door. We heard a jack hammer and truck all night. The breakfast could be improved. The pool and gym looked nice though we didn't use them. read more

Comfortable cozy bed! slept very well, beds awesome!
No shower cap, and the refrigerator was to small.
Great location across from Yuma's new mall, & right of the freeway; but still area was not noise. Over all comfortable experience. Loved the bed! Nice pool area, too.

Continental breakfast was above average.
Dated, deferred maintenance.
Room is large, bed were comfortable, but hallways, rooms need refurbishment. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. We liked it for the price, but it didn't meet our expectations for the star level.

Location.
It was old, need of a remodel.
The rooms were smelly and old. The hotel lobby smelled dirty and stale. The bathroom tub was dirty. The pool was old and also needed repair. It was
freezing despite their claims it was heated.

The bed was comfortable.
We stayed at this hotel before but were in another part of the hotel which was quieter.
Check-in was very easy and everyone there is polite and accommodating. Next time we will ask to stay on the other side of the hotel. I think this time we were in the older part. You could hear talking outside in the hallway and from the rooms next door. Our room, the last time was more like a suite.
