Great location and room for the price.
I thought the fre breakfast would be
bacon and sausage not cooked well & hard pancakes!
Nice, clean, roomy comfortable room, not close to hot tub so that I did not like but I would love to stay there again for the price I paid.

The surrounding beauty of the area and the river just below the hotel.
The staff switched size of bed from original confirmation.
It would be good to double check with this hotel before you go. I did twice. They switched type of room after my first call, and then switched back once I complained when I called again. We were then given an excellent room with balcony overlooking the Deschutes River. It was off season and this was available. It was a fantastic stay and we appreciated the staff accommodating our request. We would definitely return. read more

This hotel was so dirty that I didn't even stay the full night. I had to call around and find a hotel that night. I found a much nicer hotel for the same cost.

Outdated decor and deferred maintenance.
Spacious rooms, nice breakfast buffet, and convenient location but out-dated decor and obvious deferred maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture in room) make it definitely not worth paying full list price.

Comfortable beds. Large bathroom.
No cell phone service. Had to walk across the street to use phone.
I would not stay at any other hotel in Bend. Sunday breakfast buffet was included!
