Staff was very friendly and helpful.
They were unable to find my reservation
and had to call Priceline to get it.

Beautiful lobby, very nice, spacious room.
Nothing.
The Shilo Inn was very nice. Better than we expected. Walking in, we were impressed with the large, open lobby and the smell of fresh-baked cookies. The room was nice, spacious, and had very comfortable beds.

Rooms were spacious, well-equipped, clean
asking for quiet room and being put next to Sports Bar.
While the rooms are lovely, avoid this place if possible. After asking for a quiet room we were put next to the Sports Bar and kept up until 2AM by the bar. Stairs were above our head with people tromping up and down constantly. The boiler room, also next to our room started making bizarre noises at 4AM. Restaurant was terrible--that it holds 200 people and was empty at 8:00 should have told us something. Pool was adequate, steam room was great, sauna was broken. We were trying to wait in line for the exactly 2 washing machines provided for hotel guests, but overheard two men in the lobby complaining that the dryers ruined their clothes and decided to wait. read more

Beautiful spacious room.
Thin walls and ceiling. I could hear upstairs tenants.
Beautiful hotel with spacious room. However walls were very thin. I could hear next door neighbors and people walking around above us.
