Good location.
Tiny rooms, staff was not particularly helpful.
Tokyo in general has very limited space. The room was ok in that respect. However, the staff was not very helpful.

The hotel location is excellent for business or leisure traveler.
Max person per room was only 2, so our family of 4 had to get 2 rooms.
The hotel was lovely, but the rooms were exceptionally small. Max per room was only 2 so our family of 4 had to get 2 rooms. No cable. Had problem with water pressure. Staff was exceptionally courteous. Location was right across from the Shinagawa train station which was great.

For us, the most important feature was the convenient location, right across the street from the train station. Great restaurant (Songoku), too!
Our rooms were small and not that well appointed, but that might just be because of the reasonable price!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Shinagawa Prince, although it was our least favorite of the four hotels we stayed in during our 10-day trip. The service was excellent and the location was excellent. The rooms were ok, but small and unimpressive. At least they were clean! The Chinese buffet, Songoku, was excellent. Not a spectacular hotel, but serviceable.

Very close to JR and metro. Can get anywhere in 5 minutes.
Had to pay for internet per day.
Good location, modern new building. Flat screen TV. Internet is about $11/day. Price of breakfast is high $20/person (but portion is bigger) compared to if you go out it is about $10.

Location.
None.
This location is great for convenience of transportation through trains and also very close to numerous restaurants. Nearby 24 hour convenience store. Room was clean and nice with very helpful staff for our stay.

NA.
Rooms were very small, far from centre of town.
Tourist locations. Although directly on Subway line. Would recommend it for short stays only.

Great location.
It was very crowded.
Great hotel, great location. Beds are very Asian, i.e.. hard, but after 2 years in Asia I am getting used to that. Some of the prices of the amenities, like the pool, were priced wrong in the welcome packet in the room so you have to double check everything if you are on a budget.

Convenient location.
Rooms are small not enough shelf space.
Hotel situated in a convenient location, good for business traveler. There is a cost associated with use of hotel swimming pool. Hotel surrounded by stores and shops and therefore, initially hard to locate. Underneath the hotel is cinemas and small aquarium and sea world type entertainment for children including dolphin and sea lion shows.

Great facilities, activities, and location.
Room was small.
Location is very, very good. The Shinagawa Train Station is right across the street and is central to a lot of destinations that one might want to go to.
