Room service food was very good.
Lots of riff raft clientele every where but in our room.

As long as we stayed in our room or near the
check in lobby all was good. Beyond that there
were drunks, homeless type people all throughout the casino with heavy cigarette smoke. Not a
classy place at all!

Clean rooms.
Unfriendly customer service, small rooms, I paid too much for a one star accomodations, un romantic rooms, will not use this hotel agian.

We will not use this hotel again, we would rather pay for a one star hotel. Do not expect customer service to meet your expectations, or to be professional in no means.

Nice riverside location away from the busier section of town but within easy walk.

The hotel is within walking distance of the strip and the rooms are very quiet.

Clean, friendly and helpful help. The dinner restraurant was wonderful.
Wasn't empressed with food at the cafe. Service was good.

It was very nice and convenient to the activities we attended. Friendly and courteous personnel.

Staff was awesome! Really liked the atmosphere, classy, quiet and
refined.
The room was teeny tiny, much smaller than customary for a hotel of that quality.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent. I would come back again!
Although the shower drain was clogged and the receptionist was not very friendly, I would come back again.

For the price, I would say the hotel was nice and the location was perfect.
