The cost was fair.

My reservations were not correct with the hotel. When I checked in they only had me for one room not 2. They also gave me rooms with only one bed when I was traveling with 6 people.

The complimentary water and chocolate covered strawberries.
1 of my windows could not close completely, I didn't like the noise from outside.

Very nice, comfortable bed and pillows.

Location near the Reno events center, friendly staff, clean, nice room.
Being a casino/hotel, I had to keep kids on short leash and was reminded of that by security.

Great location, easy to park, valet parking near the hotel check in instead of walking miles through slot machines to get to hotel check in, good security, friendly staff, comfortable and modern room.
