Decor and location.
Cleanliness of room, location of room (next to mechanical equipment that was very loud), room was not properly stocked.

I was expecting a lot more from this hotel considering the information provided about it. The room was a lower grade room. It was in between conference rooms and located next to, on top of or under a mechanical room of some sort, as there was a great deal of noise.

Good location- liked the 24 hour restaurant availability.
Took a shower first morning, tub would not drain.

My room seemed small. The view was not mountain side or river. Mine overlooked the roof top air conditioning units. My room was across the hall from conference rooms, which seemed strange to me. To be fair, there were 3 large conventions going on this weekend and most major casino/hotels were solidly booked.
