Price.
The hotel was dirty, there were bugs, and the room was smelly.

We arrived about 8:30 to find the desk clerk dressed very sloppy. The carpet was way overdue for replacement in the lobby. However, when we got to the room it set a new level for poor condition. The carpet was very dirty, we killed bugs in the bathroom and around the sink.

card reader didn't work at first. Carpeting looks horrible throughout entire hotel. Staff member was friendly, and funny. There were probably a hundred empty rooms and they put people in the rooms right next to me.

I was not pleased with this hotel at all. It was not clean, had workers who were not professional, the water was not hot, and the Internet did not work.

Convenient location - just off the expressway.
The carpets were worn, buckled, and dingy - to be fair, the firm is selling the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It will be good when this hotel is sold from the people who own it. They have allowed some of the items (carpets and doors) to become worn and old.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.
My room smelled, the blanket had stains on it and the tub was stained and very old - not appealing.

The lobby area was nice. The staff for the most part was friendly and helpful. The rooms were not in the best condition and had an odor.

Filthy - had bugs.

This was regrettably a poor experience. The room was unclean - ants were present in my actual room-shower was dirty and carpet was littered with cigarette burns. Not only were the amenities woefully inadequate such only about 10 TV channels, continental breakfast was cereal, stale bread and crushed English muffins. I have not stayed in hotel that was less friendly. I will not be staying there again. read more
