Everything was great and people were friendly.

The people at the hotel were great, the breakfast was great, the pool was great, the shuttle service was great, the amenities were great, room was clean. I would stay here again.

The room had a gas fireplace and a view of Lake Union.
The mattress could have used a memory foam topper.

The staff was welcoming and responded quickly when the WIFI access went out. The location was great for visiting our son at U of W. Since Seattle can be chilly, the fireplace was really cozy. Our first night happened to be on Tuesday when they have a happy hour, and the continental breakfast included make-your-own waffles. All in all, Silver Cloud Lake Union was a great value.

Staff were great, gym, pool and business center were open 24hrs which was fantastic. With a free shuttle service, free parking and free breakfast this is a great choice.

Very convenient, clean and buffet breakfast in the mornings. had a nice work out room. The little interaction

Amazing hotel staff. Very eager to help and friendly.
Very narrow parking spaces in garage. Not easy to navigate.

The hotel was a great bargain for the price I paid. The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and eager to help me with anything I needed. The lobby was clean and very welcoming. I felt as if I were Seattle from the moment I entered the hotel. When you're in Seattle, you want to feel like you're in Seattle. The room was spacious enough for 2 adult travelers. Convenient to metro to University of Wash, and provided free shuttle to downtown Seattle.
Not near
any grocery or convenience stores.

We were visiting University of Wash as well as downtown, so this was a spectacular location. Lobby, rooms, pool, and other common areas were immaculate. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
