Located near event I was at and shuttle to downtown, excellent complimentary breakfast facility.
Jacuzzi, gas fireplace were a nice touch. Free shuttle to downtown which is a short ride. Convenient and easy to find off of I5. Free enclosed and secured parking. Great free breakfast facility. Modern comfortable surroundings.

The environment was hotel friendly, and quiet.
The parking spaces were to small but overall even in the garage I felt safe.

The hotel was beautiful as well as the view from our hotel balcony! Housekeeping was great and we were even able to walk to the restaurants and felt very safe!

Great location and nice amenities.
My Priceline room was facing the open dumpster in the back of the hotel.
I liked this hotel and it was located in a great section of Seattle close to Lake Union.

Free parking, continental breakfast, fireplace in room, large rooms.
Not enough elevators.
We were trying to stay near Lake Union for a wedding. The hotel was close to the venue and was very convenient. Rooms were spacious and relaxing. I especially enjoyed that one of our rooms had a view of the lake and a fireplace. The hotel itself was small enough to feel cozy and relaxing. I liked the balcony/third floor lounge area with patio. Great for reading and enjoying a cup of coffee. read more

Location and cost.
Promised free shuttle service but the shuttle was over 1 and half hours late on pick up!
Overall pretty good. The only poor experience was that their free shuttle was very late getting to pick myself and others up. We ended paying a taxi to take us back to hotel. We were told on repeated phone calls that it would only be ten minutes. When I mentioned it to desk staff. She said they would reimburse us for the taxi if we got a receipt. She said this as the taxi was pulling away and it was to late! read more

Very narrow parking spaces in garage. Not easy to navigate.
The hotel was a great bargain for the price I paid. The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and eager to help me with anything I needed. The lobby was clean and very welcoming. I felt as if I were Seattle from the moment I entered the hotel. When you're in Seattle, you want to feel like you're in Seattle. The room was spacious enough for 2 adult travelers. I would definitely stay there again. read more

Lack of in-room amenities.
The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. There was no room service or stocked refrigerator in the room. So, you needed to go out or bring food in. The hotel added a lot of fees at the end of the stay.
