Lobby area was immaculate.
Public area (bars/restaurants/casino) were too loud; outdated.

Hotel Lobby belies the experience (attractive; updated). Rooms are small; outdated decor (theme is "Victoriana"). Other public areas are very outdated (restaurants and bars are very 80's; "cafeteria" style and buffet restaurants and "dark" 80's style disco bars). It doesn't work.

Room itself was very basic - no refrigerator, no microwave and no bathroom fan.

$10.00 per day for internet. Ridiculous. No coffee pot, and there was no coffee in the room.

The charge for Internet and unfriendly staff.

Overall it is a good hotel. They need more help in the check-in line, they only had 1 person working it with a long line backed up. I think it's ridiculous that they charged for Internet.

Mold in the shower.

Room was worn, carpet old, and mold in shower. The location was great though.

Very clean rooms.
Lock to room didn't work, took 2 tries to fix it.

It was a very nice place to stay. Close to everything.
