Quaint, charming, old building, modern conveniences, great location and European charm.
The service staff was somewhat unprofessional and at times argumentative.

Great location, nice rooms.
No pool.

Very nice staff. Clean, comfortable and very centrally located. Short walk to Little India and to the MRT station. Nice food court nearby with a wide range of reasonably-priced ethnic food.

Nice spa pools and gym, very kind staff. Good food.
Not so clean. Room small, furniture a little run down. Overpriced.

Nice to stay near Little India. Parts of the hotel (the courtyard, gym, whirlpools) are very nice. Our room, in the older part of the hotel, was less nice. A little run-down, not sparkling clean. Overall it was fine, though and the staff were great. Seems expensive, but so does everywhere else in Singapore.

Wonderfully convenient location.
It needs some housekeeping improvements.

It is somewhat charming and has a convenient locations. However, it needs some improvement in housekeeping and routine painting of hallways, etc.
