Hotel was much nicer than what was pictured on the internet. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and range which is excellent for travelers with young kids.

The location directly on beautiful St Pete Beach was amazing. The view from our ocean front room was spectacular.
That they charge for wireless internet in the room. All of the other less expensive hotels we stayed at on our trip had free internet in the room.

This is a beautiful hotel/resort/convention center directly on the beach which is absolutely amazing. There are 3 pools for the guest to use, they provide you with towels for the pool and/or beach. There are also numerous very comfortable hammocks on the beach in front of the hotel for guest use, a children's playground on the beach as well as all of the water sports you could ask for i.e. para sailing, jetski, water bikes etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is such a popular spot, that we we able to see 4 beach weddings. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday close to good restaurants, shops and of course the beach, you won't be disappointed staying here. read more

The location is great - right on the beach, within walking distance of several restaurants.
Some of the hallways and the elevators looked rundown. The room felt cramped with the 2 beds and furniture - no room to move around.

The location right on the beach was great. Some of the facilities seemed a bit run down. The rooms did not have a lot of extra space.

Nice hotel and close to the beach! Great for families.
The food at the resort was kind of expensive.

The hotel was in a great location and easy to find. We loved the 3 pools, swingset on the beach and hammocks. The large fridge and stove in the room was nice to have.

Very good for kids, convenient location and right on the beach.

bit on the noisy side.

For the price, it was a very good. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were half-updated (new bedding and carpet, old bathrooms). It appears to attract a noisier crowd than most beach hotels in that area.

The proximity to the beach.
The room had a strong mildew smell.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our needs while staying were addressed promptly. I would definitely stay at the Sirata again.
