Location.

Great location for the money. Right in the touristy area and a couple blocks from the walkway along the river and falls.

Location.
Noisy.

Great place for young families visiting the water park. The location is great for seeing Niagara and the price is reasonable.

The staff was very helpful, and the location was great!
You had to pay $6.00/day for parking on site.

The hotel really had nothing special about it. The rooms were not modern despite the fact they were recently renovated. I did not like that there were certain hallways that were contained between 2 doors that had the smoking section/ rooms of the hotel. Everyone had to walk through this area to get their rooms. I smelled of smoke all day after passing through the smoke area. But the hotel served its purpose, to be close to all the attractions and the falls. Everything was within walking distance and that was great! read more

Close to attractions, kid-friendly.
Motel like, had no exterior windows, small rooms.

This hotel is located close to many attractions, short walk to the falls, across from the casino, and is attached by walkway to the indoor water park. The hotel has been recently renovated and is set up more like a motel, each series of rooms encircles an indoor courtyard, which means that there are no exterior windows in the rooms, and the main window faces the indoor courtyard. The rooms were clean but small, and the bathroom was very small. The beds were uncomfortable as I had a spring in my back the whole night. It was fairly quiet, but I would suggest asking for an upper floor room as you could hear clearly when people were walking above you. The hotel seems to be very kid friendly as they offer a family movie and popcorn in the courtyard every night at 8 pm; while I was there they played Open Season and Happy Feet. read more
