Comfortable.

The rooms were clean and spacious with a refrigerator and microwave. Great for the traveler!
The breakfast was a bit lacking. Plus, the staff at the continental breakfast was quite rude.
We really liked it. We would definitely stay there again. The location is around a lot of restaurants and stores. Free
parking. Clean rooms (bed not the best, but not a real complaint). I felt safe in this part of town. Met the security guard, who was nice and helpful.

Near attraction.
Cleanliness and
staff attitudes.
I was very disappointed. No towels in the bathroom called down for towels and got attitude from the staff for bothering them. Had to wait 25 minutes for the staff to bring new towels.

The room was very nice and clean.
The room was very nice but due to where the room was located (side entrance to the parking lot) had the pleasure of being awaken several times throughout the night with people exiting and entering the hotel letting the door slam. Overall was pleased with hotel but will not stay next to an exit again.

They knocked.
Broken A/C unit, no one who could fix it, uncomfortable beds, and not moving us to a new room.
The A/C unit broke and we we're freezing all night because of the blasting cool air. No one on site could fix it and we were not moved to a new room. However, the rooms were clean and the free wireless internet is very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!
The bath area was smaller than I thought but it was suitable.
I would recommend this Sleep Inn local for most anyone from the leisure traveler to the business traveler to group travelers. It was not far from the historic area of Charleston, SC and the staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions about the area. I would stay there again when I travel that way again.

The beds were comfy.
The rooms were not very up to date.
This hotel is an excellent place to stay. It's not as nice as say the Hampton Inn because the rooms are outdated. There is a pool next door at the Best Western that is also owned by the Sleep Inn that's pretty nice. I will say the minute I hit the bed I fell right asleep, the pillows and mattress were great. The bedding was very thin and not what I'm used to.

I liked the continental breakfast.
I did not like the evening staff.
I would most definitely stay in this hotel again. The evening staff was the only thing that I did not enjoy. I did like the housekeeping staff they were very friendly and willing to help out in any way they could.
