Cleanliness, friendly and helpfull staff.
Parking lot.

Hotel and staff were great, room was clean and modern, we have stayed in much more expensive hotels that were not as nice as this one.

Location and the staff.
The hotel was a little outdated and the laundry room was too close to the lobby.

It was an excellent value and had comfortable beds.
TV had only 9 channels.

Good, clean, cheap stay. Housekeeping was on the spot. We had four people in a room with two double beds. Not recommended. Continental breakfast very boring. No fruit. Hotel staff ate everyday we were there. Wi-Fi worked very well.

The continental breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and polite. Liked having full ironing board.
Getting back onto the main road was difficult.

Clean and friendly, We would stay there again.

Nice clean refrigerator and microwave in all rooms, has pool, super nice manager.
Steep slope drive made it hard to get in and out onto busy road. Also, sliding bathroom door jammed.

Convenient location with outside, free parking and free breakfast. Even though breakfast is as continental, the super nice hotel manager will cook every guest eggs and sausage if they like. It made up for the very hard to operate sliding bathroom door that jammed all the time. Outdoor pool was clean. Would recommend this hotel for a shorter stay.

Very friendly staff.
They forgot bath towels day 1 but remembered after that.

Nothing super fancy by any means, but definitely worth the money. My room was always clean, and the staff was always polite and helpful. Only about 10 minutes from Opryland where my conference was, so the location was convenient. There are a few fast food places within a couple minutes drive.

The morning attendant was very nice and made us eggs for breakfast.
The room itself and how noisy it was.

We were very disappointed. The rooms looked very old and dirty. Paint peeling, burn holes in bedding, carpeting and on the TV. There was not a bathtub, only a shower. It was very noisy. We could hear every door that slammed, cars pulling up at 3 am, etc. The only good thing was the next morning at breakfast. Very nice attendant made us eggs
