Breakfast is great with plenty of choices.
Resembles a live in motel with broke locks and dark hallways.

I did not feel comfortable here. Nice warm pool with a great breakfast. Outdated room with tiny tv and 4 feet from a railroad track. The locks were broke off the side entry door, which would allow anyone in the hall. The carpet was stained and hallways dark and isolated. It reminded me of a dingy live in motel from the inside.I was traveling with my kids and wife and they charged me a $25 deposit on the room at a dump was insulting. They also didn't charge everybody and when she pulled out my deposit upon check out I could see where they charged some people- Nothing, $25, $75, $100. I am a white late 20's man who like I said was traveling with my family. read more

Overall our stay was pleasant. However I did not like the fact that we were booked in a smoking room which was not requested.

Far from beaches. Far from panama city beach. Area was iffy.

The management and staff.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is very unfriendly and management is horrible.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a clean and efficient room. A limited continental breakfast but at least had waffles.

Great location in close proximity to the beach area without the price.
Staff was a little slow in checking in and out.

Great room and location for the money. A railroad track is located at the rear of the hotel but it is a seldom used access track to the port authority which is located across the main highway. It may get a little busier there in the school season, because there is a college across the tracks.

Front desk was accommodating when I requested the use of the breakfast room for a large project.
The sliding door that closes off the bathroom; couldn't get internet in room.

I liked the quality for the price. Pool was nice and clean, housekeeping was excellent.
