The staff was friendly and very helpful.
There was mold in the tub and all we heard was cars on the road all night.
Not worth the money. The room was very small. Our room overlooked the road and there was no type of sound barrier or anything so all night we heard cars driving up and down the road. There was mold in the bath tub. But other than that it was an OK hotel. I'll never stay there again however.

Nice room/decor, friendly staff, parking availability.
Room cleanliness.
Positive items: Parking lot well light, staff courteous/friendly, room furnishings were not worn out, viewer friendly size television, beds comfortable with plenty of pillows. Negative issues: Hotel management explained that a new worker was cleaning rooms. We saw a orange T-shirt behind the refrigerator when we opened the door. A box of shrimp (expired two days prior) was in the microwave oven. Need air fresheners in hallways on smoking floors. We would recommend the hotel if they work on the room care. read more

Clean and quite.
I kept smelling smoke in our non-smoking room. Water pressure was not good. Pool was too cold and hot tub was too hot!
Breakfast was not much but OK. Rooms were small but very clean and neat. Some staff were a little rude.

Fantastic hotel desk/manager from New Jersey. She knew all the places to go!
Bottom floor of the hotel is staggeringly hot in the halls.
Nice hotel and staff for the price. The location was right by the aquarium and attractions. The Room was large, clean, and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, more than I've seen anywhere else.
It's a little bit too far of a walk to restaurants and attractions, especially with kids.
I was impressed. A great place to stay for a very affordable price. Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, well-maintained pool and hot tub. I intend to stay here again.

The beds and pillows were amazing!
I wish it was closer to downtown Gatlinburg.
The hotel was really nice. The beds and pillows were so nice and soft I slept like a baby. The only thing I didn't like was that it was so far away from everything, I wish it would've been within walking distance to everything.

Friendly staff, clean and helpful.
Breakfast food low quality, pool/tub hours are to short.
Overall I would stay there again, just not eat there.

It was clean and a good bargain.
Did not like location and the breakfast was not good.
This is a clean and affordable hotel. I was not happy with the location. I thought it would be on the main stripe of Gatlinburg. The continental breakfast was very sad. There was no fruit and for 2 mornings they ran out of items.

The bed had 4 pillows, which were very soft an fluffy. Usually the pillows at a hotel are flat and you need extra ones.
The cleaning people did not make the bed properly on the day after my arrival. They did not vacuum very well.
Great place for the money. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool is very nice. The housekeeping could have been better.
