My family members traveled from across the country to go to a family funeral. All out of town relatives stayed at the same hotel. The hotel staff became aware of this, were very accommodating, friendly, gracious. The next family gathering, I would suggest we all stay at this same hotel again.

The night clerks need to be more experienced to handle customer situations or they need to make a call and ask for help!

We all loved the pool area with the slide, water features and hot tub. The breakfast room was lovely with the morning sunshine and tasty waffles!

This is a relatively new hotel near the highway, on the outskirts of Sheboygan. I was totally disappointed in our stay because the free breakfast was terrible, the water for showering was pre-set at an uncomfortably cool temperature, the beds were very basic. The staff slipped a tiny piece of paper that we did not even notice under our door which indicated that we needed to hang our door hanger out to indicate whether we wanted our room cleaned or not. Our room was not cleaned after the first night, and when I called at 3 PM to inquire, I was told it could not be cleaned. Later that evening, we asked for clean towels, and they had a limited number not three complete sets for the three of us. The clean set of white towels and washcloths looked dirty, and I did not feel good about my family using them. I regret that we did not check on other hotels as our date of stay approached because there were several other, nicer hotels that charged significantly less. This hotel is clean and friendly. The pool area is great for younger kids and families. Close to great home cooked meals and all the amenities of Sheboygan.

Nicely located adjacent to the interstate and close to a state park quiet and comfortable. Beds good and free Internet with a great pool spa area/ walk to a local comfort food restaurant.
