Convenient, and adequate.
Furniture not around fireplace in lobby, no fruit at breakfast, fake eggs, uncomfortable beds/pillows.
The hotel was adequate for the needs of our group as we traveled to Arkansas for the War Eagle Craft Fair. It was conveniently located of the highway. The breakfast was only average. Delicious cinnamon rolls were baking the evening we arrived, but there were not available for either breakfast. The orange juice was water and the eggs seemed artificial. Our room was quiet. It had a funny deodorizer odor. Further down the hall, the rooms smelled smoky, which made its way down to our non-smoking room. read more

The room smelled so strongly of smoke that it choked us. My stepson is allergic to smoke, and we were supposed to have a non-smoking room. They had nowhere else to move us. We were extremely upset about that.

Clean,comfortable,and excellent location.
Breakfast over at 9:00. If you went down at 8:15 there was hardly any hot food there left to eat.
Good location to restaurants, shopping and dining. Clean rooms, lobby, breakfast area. Beds were very comfortable. Hot breakfast was nice, only wish staff had checked hot breakfast area for food. Breakfast is 6:00-9:00 and if you went down at 8:15 there was not any hot food left to be able to have that hot breakfast. They should be overseeing the breakfast area better.

Very nice pool.
Bad housekeeping.
The Sleep Inn suites in Springdale was in my eyes a great hotel. It is relatively new and is nicely furnished. It has a lovely 2 floor foyer when you walk in with marble walls. They also have a nice Business Center where you can check your emails, which was a good feature. The heated pool which was maintained at 85 degrees and the exercise facility was great. Sleep-Inn could have done better if they had a more populated breakfast buffet. I'm not even sure if there version of a breakfast buffet could be considered a buffet, given the fact they only had bagels, cereal, bad apple juice and danish. Other than that, the room was spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel is right off the main strip which has a Taco-Bell, a Mexican restaurant and Interstate-540.
