The staff was friendly.
Room was not ready at check-in time. Breakfast provided was just cereal and coffee. Cleaning crew left cart outside at our room every day.
Hotel does have indoor pool that is small in size, but clean. Staff is friendly. There is a fairly large area outside for grilling and eating under umbrella tables. Did have fridge and microwave.

Very sweet staff.
Our room door was in need of some repairs-let the rain come in, carpet was damp.

The people who brought clean towels were nice.
Almost everything.
I was sick from the room they gave me. I went in and explained that I was afraid to take my shoes off or even let my child stay there. I had to pay extra dollar per night to stay in a suite that reeked of smoke. The carpet was somewhat cleaner but I hope to never have to stay there again.

It was close to Dollywood.
Roaches, no window coverings, no blankets.
The tower is extra. There was an 8 in square hole cut in the blinds, which would have been fine, but we were on the first floor facing the parking lot. We turned back the covers to find two live roaches in the bed. The beds had no blankets, since they were stripped to give to the rooms that were sleeping 6 to a room. You are left with a sheet and a bedspread. Besides the tower, this hotel should be bulldozed. read more

Plenty of parking.
There was no ice machine in our building and the soda machines did not work.
The hotel said it had a continental breakfast but only served coffee and orange juice. For the price, the hotel was reasonable, but if I go back to Pigeon Forge, I would not stay again. It's at the end of the strip so it's too far to walk to any attractions.

Near Dollywood and attractions.
Breakfast.
It was nice as long as you stay in towers. We called hotel and up graded to towers. Old section was not so nice. Make sure you ask for towels.

It had an indoor pool, but it was small in size.
The rooms were old and needed new carpet. The bathtubs were not clean looking in appearance.
I have stayed at this hotel before in the newer part and it was fine. The older part is out of date and needs to be re done.

Convenience.
Ice machine.
I have stayed at this hotel before. The first time we stayed in a regular room, this time we stayed in a suite. For the money, go for the suite. It only cost a little more. It is very nice. Everyone was friendly. We will stay there again!

It was very easy to find and accessible and friendly people.
There was a dead insect in our bathroom the four days.
From the brochure I was under the assumption we were in the suites. It was very deceptive. The room were straightened every day and beds made. However there was a dead bug in our bathroom when we arrived and it was there when we left. I do not believe we will return.

Location.
Noisy, not well kept.
First room offered was a smoking room which was filthy. Second room was cleaner but needed updated. Extreme amount of noise in the hallways, especially at night.
