Location was great, room with chain bridge and Danube would be romantic, otherwise just a great stay.
For what we used it for (comfort travel) there is nothing we did not like.

Location, and the services.

This hotel is perfect for the first timers and/or business people. All tours start from this location and so as the shopping district. Close to all popular attractions. Plenty of restaurants near by and the subway is block away.

The employees were all very friendly, kind and considerate.
The restaurant in the main floor was not quite up to par in a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient to the Danube and many sites of interest in Budapest. The staff was excellent and continued to be very helpful and answered all questions honestly and didn't try to steer us to places they may or may not have had an interest. The appearance of the hotel was always nice and seemed like they cared about the maintenance, as we had a problem, which they fixed immediately. read more

The view from our room was incredible! And the staff were very good.
Parking was a bit difficult.

My husband and I celebrated 41 yrs. of marriage this weekend and it was like a story book weekend. We loved the meals and room and the hotel is so close to 4 days of stuff! We were not bored for one minuet. Thanks again for your help. Without Priceline.com, we may not have been able to afford such a wonderful stay.
