Great location, wonderful staff/service, newly refurbished.
Public spaces rather dark and dimly lit.

Member of the Sofitel chain, long term location. Needed refurbishing and recently was totally redecorated top to bottom. Friendly/welcoming to everyone, including families, pets. Great valet service.

The entire experience was flawless!
Nothing.

The front desk staff met me at the front door and their excellent service continued throughout my stay. My room was extremely comfortable. Room service was speedy and the food was very good.

The pool was too small and not enough chairs.

This was great and the staff did everything they could to make our stay terrific.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were always neat and clean and the staff was very nice an helpful. The beds were a little hard and the pillows were too soft for me.

Very modern, art deco in Beverly Hills. Staff is most helpful & friendly. Porters and concierge are top notch.
