The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful to our needs.
The hot water in the shower did not work, but a maintenance worker came quickly and fixed the problem.
There is a very nice atmosphere in the hotel. You get the feeling of being pampered. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.

The carpet was not very attractive.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise. This was the first time we used Priceline. The hotel was attractive, the staff was very helpful we would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good service, great location, friendly staff, excellent facilities.
Really can't complain about anything.
Upon arrival to this hotel everyone greeted us in a friendly manner and quickly checked us in. When we arrived to the room it was clean, but the bathroom was messy, we returned to reception where they were very apologetic and quickly gave us a new room which was an upgrade to a suite, which was awesome. They certainly recovered for this small inconvenience, the suite was huge and had two huge plasma TVs. read more

The room was spacious, clean and modern, with an unblocked city view.
We arrived at 9 a.m. The front desk said they'd call when room was ready, but didn't.
