They allow you to have a real goldfish in your room during your stay.
The room service portions were small ($15 mac n cheese) - tho, their prices are lower than other hotels.
This is a wonderful, unique hotel - convenient to everything. Staff were amazing, rooms were high quality. The only thing I didn't like was that the maid washed my glassware in the bathroom sink, and gave it back to me.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, great recommendations for area restaurants and leisure.
The breakfast area is below par and the staff slow there.
It meets or exceeds almost all expectations. The staff is friendlier than usual and very helpful. Cool main spaces and decently designed rooms.

Only king beds, no doubles.
Great location and staff. A bit pricey, but overall pleasant experience from the initial champagne toast on arrival.

Location was excellent - super friendly staff who made efforts immediately.
All rooms are furnished with king size beds. No 2 double bed rooms. We squeezed 3 onto our king bed.
Hotel was amazing. Location was perfect in SoHo. The staff jumped anytime you needed anything and were so friendly to help. The rooms were a little small but hey that's NY. We even got a Goldfish for our room to keep us company. Would definitely return.

We had a problem with our room and they were quick to fix it.
Rooms were small and hotel was old.
The public areas were not air conditioned and it was very hot. They also did not have any king rooms available. I will say that the management accommodated our need for a king room for our sons after telling us that there were not any available and we appreciated that.
