Location was pretty good for what I was doing.
Hotel was not 4 star, room was very small and not that nice, walls were dirty, etc.

Hotel was overall OK I guess, its not a 4 star. The hallway walls were dirty, there was a huge line to check in with only one person working. Just wasn't what I expected.

Great views from room, comfortable bed.
Room was not 4 star. Older bathroom.

Dissappointed with the room and dining options. Pool area closed at dusk. Great view from the room though. Stayed at another 4 Star hotel (Mayfair) in Coconut Grove in June and that one was much nicer! No view though.

Staff called someone a "motherfucker" loudly in the lobby while there were MANY guests around.

This hotel has gone past its prime. It is tired and rundown. The staff is overworked. There are not enough staff to qualify for a 4 star rating. My husband thinks it was as GREAT Days Inn, but NOT a quality hotel. The rooms are worn and staff is poorly trained. (I reference the comment spoken in the lobby at 10 pm on a Friday night.) The valet parking is atrocious.

Comfortable guest room with modern furnishings.
The bathroom was dated and very dirty.

Got a great price on this hotel through priceline. The hotel was easy to find and check-in was fast and easy. When we saw the room, we were pleased with the furnishings, decor and the 42-inch TV. The bathroom was a big disappointment. Although the bathroom was big, it looked like a hospital bathroom and was very dirty. I was particularly impressed by Claudia upon check out. She was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I was going to complain to her about the bathroom, but she was so nice, I forget to mention anything. read more
