Not much.
When I got to the hotel they didn't have any record of my reservation. They wanted me to pay for it twice. I showed my receipt they didn't believe me.

I got to the hotel at 1am. I was with my 4 yr old son. They didn't have any record showing that we were staying there. The man I worked with was didn't believe me when I showed him my receipt. He tried to charge me twice. The hotel itself was clean. The rooms were not what I expected of a four star hotel.
