The location and physical facilities.
There was no nighttime security at the hotel to break up the drunken party.

First, why were we, a family not connected to the wedding, assigned a room smack dab in the middle of a wedding party of young college-age people bound to be drunk and loud, after the celebrations? Second, why was there no security guard to take care of such incidents? After we complained, the front desk clerk repeatedly came upstairs to calm the drunk party-ers down, but was ignored. Marriott management needs to know of this incident and put in place some mechanism like security on site to prevent something like this from happening again. read more

The convenience to highways and dining locations.

As a business traveler or even for leisurely travel, this was a nice hotel to stay in. The hot breakfast was good as well as the variety of other breakfast choices. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job at keeping the rooms clean and well stocked. And the other staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

A lot of room and just very clean and if we needed something like towels we got them.
Nothing.

The breakfast for both children and adults was more then I thought. A lot of areas around the hotel for eating out. Friendly people. Very clean. The beds were comfortable.
