Convenient location, nice complimentary breakfast for a family.
Noise level from the street.

Accomodations were fine. The suite was clean and spacious for a family with two young children, although the pull-out couch was only a twin size.

Was convenient, was to Camden Yards & Inner Harbor.
Area is a bit questionable, especially in the evenings.

The front desk staff was helpful and had a positive attitude. The hotel building itself is an old bank which was cool. The room was a little worn and shabby, and I felt like it could have been cleaner, especially the shower which had some mold and mildew and a discolored, dirty looking floor.

Enough space for a family of five without feeling cramped.

We were pleased with the friendly service from valet parking through check-out. Although we only spent one night here, the cleanliness of the rooms and convenience to the inner harbor made this a place easy to recommend.

The close proximity to the Inner Harbor.
I didn't see the hairdryer in the bottom of the closet, bathroom sink had coffee ring around drain, dust on night table closest to window.

It was CONVENIENT and CLEAN, breakfast extremely convenient, would've liked eggs but that's okay - understand need for easy-clean-up with no restaurant equipment handy.

Very friendly staff; excellent breakfast and
easy to harbour.

It's a small hotel but very nice, clean and newly decorated rooms and 2 flat panel TVs, refrigerator, good bathroom and dressing area, good inner city hotel very close to many city venues. Excellent breakfast!

The staff was excellent in every way. From friendliness to helpfulness.
There is nothing that I didn't like.

Great staff. Clean and inviting rooms. Close to the Inner Harbor. Breakfast was ok and the little store in the lobby was ok too. Just an overall good experience. Would surely stay again.

It was a good location and the room was very large and nice and clean.
The experience was horrible due to the fact that we could hear absolutley everything going on in the lobby and bar through the ventelation ducts.

The hotel looks great and is a good location in walking distance of the Inner Harbour. It is also new. The bad news is that as good as it looked, we had a terrible experience because we got no sleep. Our bed might as well have been located in the middle of the lobby because we could hear every little noise in the lobby and bar from our room. The noise was radiating from the ventilation ducts and echoing in our room. We were up all night and when we did finally fall asleep, we were awakened very early by people getting breakfast in the lobby. When you pay for a place to sleep, you want sleep! read more
