Nothing
Charged me for two room on my Master Card but told me they only had one room reserved.

Seems they should know that if two rooms are charged to my credit card, then I probably have reserved two rooms rather than state I only have one room. Because of this I had to find another hotel that had two room available.

liked having the refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.
The air condition did not cool immediately.

The hotel was clean, our room was ready promptly. Staff was very cordial and accommodating.

We would stay at this hotel again, we enjoyed our stay in Baton Rouge, at the SpringHill Suites.

I love the clean and comfortable atmosphere. I had things in my room that I was thrilled about, I had a fridge, sink, microwave and a swivel TV.
The only one thing
I didn't like was I saw at least two roaches in my room.

This hotel in my experience was a great hotel to stay at in my visit to baton Rouge and would love to stay there again in my next trip there. I would recommend it to anyone that is desiring to stay in the baton rouge area.

This is our favorite hotel in the Baton Rouge area. This was our 5th stay in this hotel and plan on many more. Thanks price line.

2 TV sets. My kids and I did not have to compete for the remote or programs!
I liked everything.

It was a great experience for my family and me. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and one of the few hotels equipped with a microwave. Room was very comfortable and housed my family of 6 with no problems. I highly recommend this hotel!
