Business center computers gone (but staff suggested I could use theirs).

Suite was very small but space was well used. Hotel was well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection never varied.

For two adults, they only provided three bath towels.

The hotel was very convenient to shopping, activities. The room was clean and staff very accommodating.

housekeeping was great.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. Our room was spacious, clean, relaxing. The breakfast bar had a variety of food to eat which helped us keep our diabetes in control.

The hotel staff had great customer service skills. The room was nicer than expected.
There is nothing I did not like about the Hotel.

The location was very accessible from the freeway. The room was very clean. It was nice to see separate counter space for the microwave with the fridge underneath it.

They make your own waffle breakfast. And the flat panel TV was nice.
The towels were stiff and there were some stains on the wall in the bathroom.

I was illegally charged to my credit without being told.

The hotel overall was very nice with the exception of the hotel staff arguing with me about charging my credit card without telling me. I didn't sign or authorize this charge. The girl told me it is their policy to do this. This has NEVER happened to me when staying at ANY hotel. They eventually removed the charge from my credit card. If it wasn't for that, the hotel was very nice and conveniently located. read more
