Hotel was clean but the air conditioner was in need of repair as it was noisy and disrupted sleep when it turned on. Breakfast was very good and service was good.

The pool is small and packed.

I came in, the staff helped me right away. The room was conveniently located right in front of the elevator. Everything in the room was easy to find and there is a nice view of schaumburg. Bring towels from your room to the pool. Go to the pool early in the morning or after nine pm.

Its a basic hotel.
Its worked for the price paid.

Its an option for the traveler who wants to be near the attractions. This not a 3 star its about a 2.5 star.

The hotel was very quiet and our room spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was much better than those served in most hotels.

Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had many healthy options. Wireless internet was easy to use.
The weather was very cold, and while our heater ran continual, the room was chilly.

The pool was clean and warm. The exercise room was clean and all the machines worked well. The hotel was overall very clean. The breakfast area was spacious and had many healthy options (and again, clean). Our room was spacious and quiet. Bathroom was very clean but a little small. Could have used a few more towels and toiletries, but when we called down to ask for extra blankets, housekeeping responded quickly and was very polite and the blankets were clean and fresh. Overall, a very nice stay. read more

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Great hotel stay. Clean hotel and rooms. Nice breakfast. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi signal was only recieved when nearby the door to the hotel room.
