Location.
Please offer a discount for medical reasons since you are so close to the hospitals in Pitts. It gives people a nice diversion.

Very nice but again can be costly when you have to go back and forth to the hospitals for tests and treatments etc.

Great breakfast and comfortable king size bed.
Close to airport - far from Pittsburgh.

I would recommend this hotel to somebody who needs to get to the airport or for somebody who doesn't mind a 40 minute drive into the city. Clean rooms, great breakfast, Wi-Fi in rooms. Would stay again.

the 24/7 coffee, size of the suite.
Poor cable tv choices, single slow elevator.

Overall for a in-room work environment my hotel stay was perfect. Convenient to dinning, quite, and economical. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The elevator was very slow.

This hotel had just what you needed for a very nice stay. The rooms were a great size. We were a little disapponinted at first because our room did not have the separation of living space that was pictured on the website. We decided it was because it was a handicapped accessible room. But it was nicely decorated, roomy and quiet. The pool and hot tub were both nice. The free breakfast was great. The staff kept replenishing the items offered. We thought it was a great price and a great place to stay!! read more

HBO in my room didn't come in very good, And no wireless in rooms, only wired.

Great staff, convenient location. Had all the amenities I wanted/needed - guest laundry (free soap), fitness room, Internet in room.
