I loved the shuttle service.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I loved the service and the location was good around many stores and eating places. I and my family were very comfortable at this hotel. I especially loved the shuttle service the drivers were very helpful and it was nice to not have to drive myself to stores or attractions. The pool was also great, my grandkids really enjoyed themselves.

Didn't have a table in room to sit and eat at.

Very nice hotel. It was close to shopping and Carnegie Mellon where we were visiting. Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I loved the locaton and friendly staff; The rooms were comfortable.
There was no safety bar in the bathroom shower. My mom is handicapped.

I enjoyed my brief stay which was overnight.

The staff at breakfast was a bit rude.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a king-bedded room for a very small fee ($9.00) and it was worth it. The layout of the rooms means that they are very quiet and we had an excellent night's sleep. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast staff - they were not happy that we arrived at the end of the serving time. read more
