Clean, comfortable, large rooms, everything worked.
Parking can be complicated and expensive.

The price was in line with the quality of the room, but more than I needed for my stay.

Awesome location for the West End.
Breakfast ran out of coffee and there was no one to talk with to get more.

I chose this hotel for the location, to be in the West End. Everything else was secondary. For the location, this was great. Everything else was as the star rating indicated, 3 to 3.5 out of 5.

Great hotel to stay in if your going to the House of Blues.
It would have been great if check-out time were 12 instead of 11.

Overall our stay was great. The room was clean and it even came with an ipod dock. The only complaint I have is that the bathtub was kind of clogged. The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was kind of small but again, it was clean.

This was a very nice hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good. They have a pool which is nice, but I did not use it. The work out room is very nice too. The best thing about this hotel is how great the staff was.

The hotel was very nice, great location and great staff.
absolutely nothing, I was very satisfied.

This hotel made me feel as if I were at home. It was very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff were so nice and very accomadating which made my stay more enjoyable.

Parking is expensive.

My daughter is a hotel snob. But she loved the rooms in this hotel; they have a couch, dining table, desk, fridge and coffee in the room. It was clean, and close to everything we wanted to see. We got an excellent deal for a change!

Location in the middle of everything. Wonderful breakfasts!
Heater wasn't consistently adjustable.

I don't drive. This hotel has the ideal location near lots of transit options and lots of interesting things in the neighborhood. Complimentary breakfasts were filling and delicious. Staff was lovely.
