Very clean and comfortable.

This was a great experience. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great I was expecting doughnuts and danish, but they had eggs, bacon, waffles, English muffins, and many other items to choose from. I will stay again if visiting that area.

Very nice. Breakfast is good, dining area is large and hours better than most - 6-10... but stay away from the eggs & sausage. Good coffee available 24 hrs.

The breakfast bar took a while to get fully up and running.

It's a good hotel, convenient, close to Dulles. I had a good experience here overall. I would stop here again.

Every employee was empowered to make my experience flawless.
Flawless experience, no problems over three nights.

Our two adult, two teen girl party stayed for three nights in early October. Perfect weather for strolling the mall. Despite the hour or so bus ride ($3.10 on MTA, new propane buses with individual reading lights) from Dulles to L'Enfant Plaza, this hotel was a great value. We had no issues and were continually impressed by the facilities and staff. I am an extremely frequent business traveler, in hotels for at least half of the month. This hotel was the best business hotel by far in the past five years. Five to ten minutes shuttle from Dulles. Shuttle is on demand and available from 5 am to midnight. Indoor pool is only open on weekdays from 5 pm to 10 pm as Virginia law requires lifeguards at all pools now. Our two double + pull out sofa bed suite with mini-kitchen was available early at 10 am. Complimentary full hot breakfast every morning was far above the standard business hotel quality. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar was left open 24/7. Highly recommended. read more
