Excellent location - close to Katy Mills Mall, numerous restaurants, Walmart and gas stations.
On Sunday morning the Saturday night beer bottles still overflowed the trash & cigarette butts littered the area. Staff may not have been aware.

The hotel is in an excellent location - very close to Katy Mills Mall, several fast food and upscale restaurants, Walmart, gas stations, drug stores, etc. The staff is very friendly and the room just right - the sitting space allowed me to accomplish my business tasks, enjoy television, and have a place to eat.
