The room was great.
Loud late at night, staff didn't care, smelled like body odor and alcohol in elevator and hallways.

I would never stay there again. The room was awesome but the rest sucked.

Rooms were very nice. Across from the Lincolnshire Theatrre.

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed here and we have been pleased with our room and the service. This particular time there must have been some event going on because there were a great deal of kids around and running back and forth in the hallways. Some even knocked at our room's door in error looking for some of their friends. Perhaps a family reunion taking place? We ignored it but it would have been more peaceful if there had not been so much commotion. read more

Great continental breakfast and nice workout room.
Small, older television in room.

Nice option for business travelers and families staying in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Rooms are nothing fancy, but very roomy and immaculate. Easy access to 294 and numerous dining and shopping options within a few mile radiuses. This was my first experience at a Stay bridge Suites, and I am certainly willing to stay there again.

Very clean.
Some of the front staff was not kind.

I think this hotel should provide free Internet service. Additionally, this hotel should provide shuttle service not only to O'Hare airport, but also to Rosemont station on Blue Line.

Convenience, new facility, price.

The hotel was nice, new and clean. Just what I needed for a place to put my head. Wish I would have been able to explore the amenities a little. They did have a nice continental breakfast though.
