Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great. It was in a large room and had a wide variety of foods.
The hotel is on the trolley line. My room faced the park and you could hear the trolley clearly.
Nice hotel. Good location. Close to 2 parks and just a few blocks from Beale Street. Easy access to interstate and on site parking. Clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. Trolley is outside the door, so you do have that noise if your rooms face the trolley line. Great stay overall.

it was not serviced by the $12 airport shuttle, unlike other downtown hotels; also no public-access computers for using the internet

Close proximity to street car line.
Suite not quite as big as I expected.
The hotel met my expectation except for the size of suite. My stay was enjoyed by my wife and young children. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Walking distance to several attractions.
Did not have adequate parking for hotel, gps takes you to front of hotel which is not accessible by vehicle as street is a closed street.
This hotel was in a nice location for accessing downtown venues. Had several cobwebs in the room on curtains and pictures, etc. Looks new from the outside, but inside the room it appeared to be an older hotel. Room could have been cleaner. No sheets in the room for the pull out couch, called downstairs, but they never brought them up so we went to get them after 45 minutes. They gave us two fitted sheets that didn't fit the couch, but we made them work rather than wait another 45 minutes for another set. read more

Plenty of room, and two televisions.
Some of the decor was a little old. And I prefer an indoor pool.
Great place to stay with a family, and if you have a lot of things. Good sized rooms. Friendly hotel staff.
