Rooms were beautifully decorated, cozy, and almost presidential. Reminded me of a recent stay in London.
The sign in policy to charge and put a hold on debit cards for incidentals. Untrained staff when it comes to answering customer questions.

Beautiful, clean rooms, quiet and cozy hotel. Great breakfast and free Wi-Fi!

Clean.
Beds were not as firm as I like.

Lobby, hallways, pool/hot-tub area and rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helped me with directions to VMC. Free Wi-Fi and nice continental breakfast (one of the best I've seen). Walls were not to thin, luckily for others (I had my 3 yr old). I have stayed in other Spring Hill Suites and have not been disappointed.

There was a lady on the hotel staff that was so sweet. She always smiled and said hello to me. She welcomed me back to TN. The staff was impressive.
Sort of a moldy smell in the room.

Overall, I thought it was a fine hotel. It isn't romantic. It isn't high-end. However, it is a safe, relatively clean place to stay. Everyone was extremely friendly. It was a great hotel to stay in since I was on a budget and in town for an event.

I like that there was an indoor pool AND outdoor (even thought the outdoor was not open).
The pool was somewhat small/kids weren't as welcome - more for business.

The overall quality was above my expectations. Loved the pool.
No one to help with bags.

The quality was excellent for the money. It was truly a suite with a desk large enough to use the free hi speed internet. The furnishings, bed, and decor were tasteful. The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful.

Room size, breakfast buffet, staff, towels were soft.
Pool was really small, shower head low, toilet seat was going off.

Pretty good value for the price. Staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast buffet far exceeded the traditional choices for a continental breakfast.

Great size room for the money. Nice amenities. Very friendly staff.

Big room with mini wet kitchen, desk, separate living room, bedroom and bathroom - with the vanity in a separate area from the toilet and shower. A couple of miles from downtown, but there is a shuttle van that is $5 each way, which will drop you off exactly where you want to go downtown, and pick you up at your specified time. The staff was unbelievably friendly, and the room was fantastic for the money. read more

The room was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

The hotel is located very close to where I needed to go the next morning. I like having the little snack shop if I wanted something, could get it without going out. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always a pleasure to be around, especially when checking in. The room was very nice and clean, and thanks for the water.
