Guests can start the day with a complimentary breakfast or a dip in the indoor pool, then visit nearby attractions including the Country Music Hall of Fame, Gaylord Entertainment Center, TN Lottery,Vanderbilt University and the Tennessee State Capitol, all less than four miles away., The indoor and outdoor pool and spa will be closed from April 2, 2008 through April 21, 2008 due to resurfacing. It was clean, had free Wi-Fi, and a fitness center.
Purely aesthetic - outdated furnishings and carpet.

I would definitely come back. It wasn't luxurious, but the staff was very friendly, it had its perks like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center, and it was clean and quiet.

Rooms were beautifully decorated, cozy, and almost presidential. Reminded me of a recent stay in London.
The sign in policy to charge and put a hold on debit cards for incidentals. Untrained staff when it comes to answering customer questions.

Beautiful, clean rooms, quiet and cozy hotel. Great breakfast and free Wi-Fi!

The overall quality was above my expectations. Loved the pool.
No one to help with bags.

The quality was excellent for the money. It was truly a suite with a desk large enough to use the free hi speed internet. The furnishings, bed, and decor were tasteful. The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful.

If you're a non-smoker, everything is fine. However, if you do smoke find other accommodations unless you don't mind stepping outside.

Room was very nice.
Air conditioner next to the bed.

Everything about the hotel was really nice except two things. A little bit of mold of the ceiling in the bathroom and the air conditioner right next to the bed.

Nice sized room.
No hot water.

The property is clean and safe, but there is no hot water at 7am. I asked downstairs, and they said it happens all the time "if too many people are showering at the same time". Since it's a business hotel on a weekday, I took that to mean that it happens every day at 7am. So get up at 6, or be late, or have a cold shower seem to be your only options. Do not stay here if you are expecting a hot shower. read more

The hotel is well managed and the rooms are clean.
Better care of the hallway carpet would give a better impression.

This hotel has met my expectations every time I room there. Need to get there early evening/late afternoon if you want their homemade cookies.

Not as close to familiar eating establishments.

This hotel is excellent for business travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean and generally you feel welcomed.

Really clean rooms! And a continental breakfast was a bonus!
A pinch off the highway, but still easy to find.

Great rooms! And completely no-smoking. And awesome that they have a good continental breakfast. I would stay here again, no problem! Great space if you have kids!
