Each suite provides up to 25% more living space than comparable non-suite properties and features a work area with desk,wet bar area complete with microwave and mini-refridgerator.All living areas have a sofa-bed for home-style relaxation. Guests can start the day with a complimentary breakfast or a dip in the indoor pool, then visit nearby attractions including the Country Music Hall of Fame, Gaylord Entertainment Center, TN Lottery,Vanderbilt University and the Tennessee State Capitol, all less than four miles away., The indoor and outdoor pool and spa will be closed from April 2, 2008 through April 21, 2008 due to resurfacing. very friendly.
Wanted room with two beds, got one with 1 bed and pull-out couch.

Very comfortable, much quieter than expected.
I would stay there again.

Big room with couch and wet bar area, fridge and desk.
Room was a bit messy.

Nice hotel and well worth the money. Fast food and coffee close by, short drive to downtown.

The room space was very well laid out.
There was an air of unprofessionalism about the whole affair.

While the space was great and perfect for my needs, the lobby was extremely noisy at all times, the desk staff was attentive but unprofessional and it was very dark in the parking lot. Dangerous.

Staff was very friendly.
Location is bad. "Clean" towels had hair on them.

Overall, the stay was fine. Staff is excellent and helpful.

The hotel was somewhat clean, hair on towels (I'm assuming from maids).

Free breakfast, friendly staff, and large rooms are the pluses. Location is not great, wanted to be more downtown.

Shower problem on 1st day.

For the short time that I was actually at the hotel the staff was very nice. They resolved, to my satisfaction, an issue I had with the shower not working and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

Most of the staff was nice.
Dirty, too fare from Downtown, a bathtub you would not want to step into, smelled bad, no bar.

Don't go there.
