This hotel was very convenient for our needs. The price was reasonable.
The buffet was way to crowded. More stations were needed.

Overall the hotel was very convenient and reasonable priced. The rooms were clean and confortable. The Breakfast Buffet was good but way to crowded during the weekend. Could not get near the waffle station. I would stay again if the price is right.

It was OK. The room itself appeared to be clean, but I'm pretty sure there were some kind of bed bugs. The pool area was tiny and nothing like the pictures, the rooms looked different too. Most of the cleaning staff weren't friendly. And also the breakfast wasn't good (no different than a cheaper hotel) and the eating area was way too small to accommodate all those people. Also the elevators took forever! read more

I couldn't register the address on my TOM-TOM. The address didn't exist. That made it very hard to get to there from the interstate.

This is a nice hotel. it's jut very hard to get to for the first time. The address does not exist on the GPS so we had to improvise to get to the parking lot. Over all though we had a nice stay and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were there for the 4th of July fireworks in NY, and a staff member from laundry told us exactly were to go to get a good view and how to get there. I now have the whole show on video to share with family at home in TN. read more

Very service - oriented.

This hotel meets all expectations for a business traveler or one who will spend most of their time away during the day. The location on the highway may be confusing at first, but the desk gives detailed written directions to most popular locations and highways. The staff is helpful and eager to please.

The very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Hotel was very clean, neat and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great with a very good selection. I will be returning for future trips to NYC.
